We learn about our SPECIFIC sectors.

Unlike many mediation firms, we are a niche firm. We are deeply familiar with the sectors and practice areas in which we work. Our areas of expertise include the financial, tech, energy, and construction industries, healthcare, and the intricacies of cybersecurity and merger & acquisition matters. That's where we honed our skills and continue to build knowledge and a solid track record.

Our industry expertise is a crucial facilitator of our success, as we believe it is a benefit to our clients to have a mediator with in-depth knowledge of their world - it helps to bring a matter to resolution speedily and effectively. Dr. Kamminga has helped resolve some of the most groundbreaking standard-setting cases in our niche areas, which gives us an edge. Our clients - both Plaintiffs and Defendants - benefit from Kamminga's extensive exposure to the multifariousness and unique culture of the sectors in which we are active.

We work around the world. in person and Online.

We mediate matters in person in the US, Europe, and any big city worldwide. Depending on the parties' locations and preferences. We often make use of the latest professional video connections to accommodate parties in different places who are not able to join the mediation sessions in person. Long travel distances or other reasons sometimes make hybrid or fully online mediation the more efficient or preferred approach. We are experienced in online mediation sessions using Zoom, Teams, WebEx, or other platforms.
