Dr. Kamminga is an expert in contractual matters. Not only has he mediated many (cross-border) contractual disputes, he has in-depth legal knowledge of US, European and international contract law, has lectured extensively on the subject of contracts and contract law, published numerous articles on contract design, and wrote a Ph.D. focusing on how to effectively structure contractual relations. The past two decades he advised and mediated with government agencies, global construction companies, and IT suppliers, and resolved disputes in the distribution and franchise sector, and in virtually any environment in which contractual disputes arise.
